Description

CaviCide Surface Disinfectant Cleaner is a great and safe choice for hard, non-porous surface disinfection in many areas of healthcare facilities, including but not limited to laboratories, operating rooms, patient care areas, NICU, and isolation rooms. It prevents cross-contamination of MRSA and other nosocomial infections with fast-acting, low alcohol surface disinfectants that kill MRSA, HIV, HBV, and HCV in 2 minutes and TB in 3 minutes. CaviCide liquid is also an all-in-one disinfectant, cleaner, and decontaminant, so it is perfect for cleaning and decontaminating environmental and medical device surfaces as well as most medical device materials. This intermediate-level surface disinfectant is also effective against TB, HBV, HCV, viruses (hydrophilic and lipophilic), bacteria (including MRSA and VRE), and fungi, and when used as directed, it will also effectively clean and decontaminate critical and semi-critical instrumentation.

*In the case of contamination with blood/other bodily fluids or when gross visible debris is present, a thorough cleaning of surfaces and objects must occur prior to disinfection. In order for disinfection to occur properly, the disinfectant must be able to come in direct contact with the intended surface.
